For adults in the dating scene, we have four stages of valuable, time-saving, and fun questionnaires to exchange. Stage One is FREE,
and each of the others has a FREE Sample Version

What Do We Have In Common? - Have some fun finding out if the
people you are interested in have similar interests and preferences to yours.
This questionnaire offers surface-level compatibility questions that have
numerous response options for the recipient (many of them humorous).

Stage Two: Do I Want To
Date You? - Send this fun, yet purposeful questionnaire to
those you are interested in dating. Save time and ask them at the outset, in a
fun way, how they basically believe and function in regards to money, work,
family, politics, religion, sex, ex-partners, relationships, roles, and
personal recreation. This questionnaire offers serious getting-to-know-you
questions with multiple answer options (many of them not-so-serious).

Safe To Date? (Coming Very Soon) - If you’re already
dating someone (or better yet, before you date them) choose from a multitude of
humorous queries designed to gather important information for you. This
questionnaire gives your recipient the opportunity to let you know if they are
a weirdo, wacko, or felon; if they are safe to date; and if they have a sense
of humor.
