How It Works

Create a free, no obligation account with us to enable you to access the FREE Stage One questionnaire, view the summary
of questions for each questionnaire, to view a sample version of the
questionnaire, or to purchase a
questionnaire. A password will be sent to you at the email
address you provide, which will enable your access to the site.

When you are logged in to your account, you will be able to access a list of
our available questionnaires for purchasing and sending to people. Each
questionnaire has a
FREE
Sample Version containing a selection of it’s available questions. The sample
questionnaires are fully operational for you to send to a recipient, or to
yourself if you wish to test the process first. You will need to know the email
address/es of your intended recipient/s. The fee you pay for a purchased
questionnaire will be either for a single use ($10), or for unlimited use of that
questionnaire for a period of 90 days ($25) or one year ($75).
Your questionnaire purchase will appear in your account, where you can begin to
select the questions you want to include. If you purchase a single use, you will have an unlimited number of days in which to compose your questionnaire. For the 90-day or one-year unlimited-use purchase, you will have either 90 days or one year to compose and send all of the questionnaires you wish. If you are unable
to complete the assembly of a questionnaire in one session, your progress will
be saved and you will be able to finish it at a later time (as long as you
finish within your allotted time period).
When you are finished selecting the questions you want to include in the
questionnaire (which will appear to your recipient in the same order in which
you select them), you will be able to choose a standard comment and/or a
personalized message to be included in our email notification to your
recipient. You will enter the email address of your recipient and the name by
which you wish to be identified to your recipient.
We will notify your recipient by email that you have created a questionnaire
for him or her to respond to. Your recipient will have 60 days in which to respond to
your questionnaire. We do not guarantee that your recipient will respond to
your questionnaire: responses are voluntary. However, during the
60-day-period, we will remind your recipient (if necessary) that he or she has been
sent a questionnaire to respond to. If your recipient does not respond to a
single-use questionnaire, you will be able to re-use it by re-compiling and
sending it to a different recipient.
When your recipient finishes responding to your questionnaire, you will be
immediately notified by email (and the Inbox of your FunOnlineQuiz.com account
will flash red).
You will then be able to log into your account and view your recipient’s
response as often as you wish for 90 days.
Recipient:

You will receive an email message from us, notifying you that someone
(identified to you either by their name or an alias) has prepared one of our
questionnaires (or a sample version) for you to respond to. This email message
will contain the link that will open your questionnaire. You will have
60 days in which to respond to your questionnaire, and reminders will be sent
to you within that time period, if necessary.

If you do not wish to respond to the questionnaire, we ask you to open it and
click on the “Do not wish to respond” option. This will allow a quick return of
the questionnaire purchase and its reuse by the sender.

Otherwise, proceed with answering each question. Every question has an “I’d
rather not say” option and a place for adding comments to further clarify your
responses, wherever desired. If you are unable to complete your response to the
questionnaire in one session, your progress will be saved and you will be able
to finish it at a later time (as long as you finish within the 60-day time
period).

When you are finished responding to the questionnaire, you will be able to
choose a standard comment and/or a personalized message to be included in our
email notification to the sender.

The sender will immediately receive an email notifying them that your responses
are available for them to view within their account as often as they wish for
90 days.

defamatory, slanderous, abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful,
racist, bigoted, or otherwise illegal language are strictly prohibited. If you
